NORTHAMPTONSHIRE CHILDREN'S TRUST (NCT) THERAPEUTIC INTERVENTIONS DYNAMIC FRAMEWORK - VIRTUAL PROVIDER EVENT

Northamptonshire Children's Trust ("NCT") would like to invite prospective providers to participate in the online market engagement event in preparation for a future procurement opportunity for setting up Dynamic Framework to support commissioning of all therapeutic support procured by NCT.

The nature of NCT's current commissioning requirements, and the approximate quantities and values envisaged are as follows:

• Therapeutic support interventions commissioned for bespoke purposes for children and young people with the aim of helping them to overcome past trauma who are in need of early intervention (Early Help), and our children in care, foster carers and parents/carers as part of our corporate parenting duty

• Therapeutic support interventions commissioned as part of Adoption Support Fund activity, see here and Appendices for details.

• Other therapeutic support interventions, as required by NCT service users, value and exact nature yet to be identified, for example interventions for victims of domestic abuse, as part of the new DA Duty and subsequent recommendations.

The agreement will have an initial term of 2 years with the option to extend an additional 2 years.

The agreement will commence on 1 April 2025 with an initial term of 2 years (i.e. to 31 March 2027) with the option to extend for up to an additional 2 years i.e. up to 31 March 2029

To test the market appetite and interest in the proposed procurement opportunity, we are conducting a Market Engagement event held virtually on Microsoft Teams on Wednesday 20 November 2024 from 12.30pm - 13.30pm.
