Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) is looking to conduct early market engagement to understand the current market capacity, appetite, preferred to routes to market, works packaging and MMC approaches for the major redevelopment of the personnel and associated accommodation at HM Naval Base Portsmouth.
The works scope might include:-
Interest is sought from contractors capable of delivering any of those aspects (assuming individual project values of at least £30m), individually or collectively. Contractors with Construction Management experience and/or Project Integrator experience would also be welcome.
