The Council is seeking quotes for the provision of Ambient Food, Beers, Wines, Spirits & Soft Drinks (Mixers), at various Sandwell MBC establishments across the Borough.
The contract is divided into 3 lots as follows:
Lot 1 - Confectionery / Snacks
Lot 2 - Soft Drinks
Lot 3 - Alcoholic Drinks - Beer, Wines & Spirits
Suppliers are invited to bid on one or multiple lots where they are able to and are interested in providing the products required. We are seeking to engage one supplier for each lot, therefore suppliers MUST be able to supply ALL of the line items identified within that lot (see pricing documents).
The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.
From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to the Quotation document or other related documents.
