Homes England in partnership with the Thames Estuary Growth Board is seeking to appoint a multidisciplinary team to undertake a primarily spatial study to analyse the Thames Estuary Growth Commission 2018 target assumptions underpinning the proposed level of growth needed to 2050.\r
