The Colchester and Ipswich Museums Service will be hosting a 'supplier briefing' Monday 25 November at Ipswich Museum to discuss our stage 2 National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) bid for the redevelopment/ regeneration of Ipswich Museum.
It is anticipated that shortly after the briefing an OJEU tender process will commence for the appointment of a Lead (Architectural) Consultant and Gallery Designer.
Interested parties wishing to attend should express an interest and confirm attendance via this portal giving the numbers and names of those attending.
The agenda will be as follows:
13:00 - 13:30 - Meet and Greet
13:30 - 14:00 - Presentation - project background, vision and outcomes
14:00 - 15:00 - Site tour
15:00 - 15:15 - Closing address
Parking - apologies, we are not able to offer parking on site - the nearest pay and display car park is Crown multi-storey Car Park.
