To meet the growing housing need within the borough, Westminster City Council (WCC) is looking to utilise vacant and redundant spaces and buildings throughout the Borough of Westminster and build new homes using a variety of build and conversion methods to provide residential units for the benefit of the community. This programme of works is being delivered by way of the Council's Infill Development Programme.
