Hackney Council wishes to appoint a contractor to undertake refurbishment works to the toilet block in the Old Bowls Pavilion in Clissold Park (London, N16).
Clissold Park Bowls Pavilion public toilet block is in a poor state of disrepair and in urgent need of renovation to make it accessible, bring it up to current building standards, make it safe and pleasant to use and generally look more attractive in the park.
The Council has wider plans to develop the site as a splash pad to replace the redundant paddling pool in the park. These works will not only provide new toilet facilities within the park but also facilitate a plant room for the new splash pad.
