The refurbishment and alteration of the Eskdale House EPH Longtown. The works include re-roofing, rewiring, new heating system, alterations to from larger bedrooms, additional ensuites, disabled WC and modifications to laundry, new windows and rainwater goods, alterations to front entrance externally and to rear garden area including repositioning of oil tank.
