Hackney Council is re-tendering it's Adults services for Learning Disabilities the Supported Living Schemes at Homer and Wick Roads. The service will promote access to more independent living arrangements and help reduce the number of people requiring high cost residential placements.
The service will provide an appropriate level of social support and care to improve the quality of life for residents with care needs and learning disabilities and assist them to maintain their own tenancies at the scheme.
