The City of London Corporation and COLP are seeking tenders for the provision of Cognitive Behavioural Therapist services to provide psychological assessments, rehabilitation programmes and post incident support including the delivery of trauma focused CBT and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprogramming (EMDR). The purpose of the service is to both improve attendance management and provide support for people to remain at or getting back to work in an optimum functional capacity as soon as reasonably possible. The OH service is looking to develop the Cognitive Behavioural Therapist role exploring ways to actively engage management in supporting rehabilitation.
