Catering for City Inn Express

The City invites Quotations for the provision of a Catering Service for Rough Sleepers housed in Emergency Accommodation at the City Inn Express, Mare Street, London E9. The service will provide a lunch and dinner option for up to 22 guests at the City Inn Express 365 days per year.

The successful provider will:

• Be able to supply and deliver a dinner that is hot or can be heated up; and a packed style lunch as per the service specification with deliveries taking place during the working week and meals being stored on site over weekends and public holidays.
• Be able to supply nutritious food, catering for a number of dietary or cultural needs, relevant to guests that the City Inn Express
• Be able to wind down the service during the duration of the contract as per the service specification, as the service at City Inn Express is replaced by a City of London Located Rough Sleeper Assessment Centre
• Have an understanding of the client group and their tastes

The duration and maximum length of the contract is 1 year. An initial threshold of £99,999 of delivery will be agreed.
