Infrastructure Planning Delivery function

1.1 Liverpool City Council is seeking to appoint a highly experience consultant/ team to provide an infrastructure delivery coordinator role who will work with the City Council to support the implementation of an infrastructure delivery function and deliver the following services;

• Provide advice on the feasibility and route to a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL).

• Review existing Section 106 processes and provide revised processes where necessary.

• Draft a brief for an Infrastructure Delivery Plan, to meet Local Plan timescales.

• Advise on new Local Plan policy and approach for developer contributions and infrastructure;
