The Council is seeking to award multiple contracts to ensure the delivery of Social Support Services across the County of West Sussex. The Lot structure is as follows:

• Lot 1 Tackling Social Isolation Adur
• Lot 2 Tackling Social Isolation Arun
• Lot 3 Tackling Social Isolation Chichester
• Lot 4 Tackling Social Isolation Crawley
• Lot 5 Tackling Social Isolation Horsham
• Lot 6 Tackling Social Isolation Mid Sussex
• Lot 7 Tackling Social Isolation Worthing
• Lot 8 Countywide Take Home and Settle from Hospital
• Lot 9 Countywide Support at Home after Hospital
• Lot 10 Countywide Information and Advice Service
• Lot 11 Countywide PAT VCS Support (North/South/West areas)

The Council has scheduled an online Bidders' Briefing session to take place at 10:30 on Tuesday 12th January 2021. All Bidders are recommended to attend; however, attendance is optional. The presentation and any questions and responses provided on the day will be uploaded to the e-Sourcing portal once the session is complete. Please send a message on the e-Sourcing Portal by 5:00pm on Friday 8th January 2021 and advise who from your organisation will be attending along with their contact email address where the invitation can be sent.
