We are looking to procure a service for the collection and disposal of used cooking oil across all HMP sites. The supplier must be able to provide appropriate containers for a large scale of cooking oil to be stored on site until collected and disposed of on a regular basis.
Due to the estimated value in income we expect to generate from this procurement, we believe it will fall under a concession contract meaning it will be governed under the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016.
