230614 - Clacton Ambulance Station Refurbishment Works (Stage One)

The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust requires a supplier to undertake internal and external refurbishment works at Clacton Ambulance Station

Alteration Works;

• Internal alterations to provide a Training Facility to the garage area including installation of an internal thermal frame, insulated floor and ancillary works.

The gross area is 110m2 part of station

The proposed contract works timescale is February/ March 2024

The Form of Contract for the works will be the JCT Minor Works Contract 2016.

It is likely that the buildings will be partially occupied during the works phase. Commencement will be by agreement with the chosen successful contractor.
