Housing 21 are looking to appoint a Supplier to provide an Extra Care Rostering, Billing and Payments System. The high level requirements are:

â¢Integrated system for auto production of pay and billing based on the roster
â¢System configuration based on each service contract / staff arrangement and means to provide aggregated management information and reporting
â¢Reconciliation of pay and billing to understand and improve productivity
â¢Remove onerous spreadsheets to free up front line to focus on quality of services
â¢Robust data and ability to reconcile outputs to provide meaningful management information
â¢Automation of pay and billing inputs to improve efficiency and cash flow management
â¢Significant reduction in manual inputting in back office
