1.3 DESCRIPTION OF SCOPE/SPECIFICATION
Historic England is seeking to appoint an experienced consultancy to help deliver the evaluation of the Cultural Programme and Community Engagement activities of our High Street Heritage Action Zones (HSHAZ). The successful consultancy will work closely with Historic England staff to develop the evaluation framework for people-based activities within the HSHAZ and to support the implementation of this framework by working with our local partners.
The High Streets Heritage Action Zones Programme is a nationwide scheme designed to secure lasting improvements to our historic high streets for the communities who use them. It is Government funded and run by Historic England. The goal is to make the high street a more attractive, engaging and vibrant place for people to live, work and spend time.
