Southwark Council is seeking to engage with leading and reputable providers in the design and development of future service delivery models for care at home services across the four key areas below:

• Home Care

• Reablement

• Night Owls, and

• Children's Complex Care

The Council is keen to engage with leading and reputable providers in the design of this model. To hear from any organisations who are currently providing these services to further understand:

• Interest in working in Southwark

• Views on operating models, including models of care

• Pricing

• Preferred contractual arrangements, and

• Potential challenges, issues and/or risks
