The work comprises a series of minor internal alterations to the existing Sandgate School site (Sandylands Road, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 6JG).The works are internal alterations to improve layouts and provide additional facilities. Works will include removal, modification and construction of walls, forming of a new window opening and installation of a window, installation of sanitaryware, replacement of wall and floor finishes, decoration and modifications to existing M&E systems.
Sandgate School is a maintained special school for pupils aged from 3 to 19. Alterations to the existing school configuration are required in order to accommodate the additional pupils on the lower school site. The works must be delivered before the new School Term starts (Deadline for the entirety of works is 29.08.2024).
