Sunderland City Council is seeking to establish a framework for Marketing Services. In line with requirements the framework will be divided into six Lots as follows:
⢠Lot 1: Strategy and planning
⢠Lot 2: Creative development and delivery
⢠Lot 3: Photography
⢠Lot 4: Editorial
⢠Lot 5: Media buying
⢠Lot 6: Specialist consultancy services
Each Lot will be evaluated and awarded independently.
Tenderers can bid for one, some or all Lots.
