Provision of External Climbing Wall and Low Ropes Course at Sayers Croft Outdoor Education Centre

Westminster city Council ("the Authority") seek expressions of Interest (EOI) for the building and installation of an external climbing tower, with zip line and a low ropes course for Sayers Croft Outdoor Education Centre.

Sayers Croft is an outdoor activity centre, in a 56-acre woodland and grassland site situated in the Surrey Hills. The Centre delivers outdoor education to schools and community groups for children and young adults. The centre is looking to replace the existing external climbing tower and low ropes course.

We are seeking a company able to provide both the climbing wall with zip line and a low ropes course. Works are due to be completed in 2020. Full details of the requirements will be published with the tender documents.

It should be noted that this EOI is not a guarantee of further competition. The Authority reserves the right, at its own discretion, to withdraw from the process and pursue alternative routes to market for the provision of this service, should it decide to do so.
