The Royal Borough of Greenwich (RBG) wishes to invite potential suppliers to tender for the maintenance and repair of door entry, concierge and CCTV systems within RBG housing blocks including:a) Comprehensive service and planned preventative maintenance, b) All remedial repairs as required, including replacing components within items of equipment c) Provide an emergency Callout Service, to include evenings, weekends and holiday periods and d) Maintain and repair CCTV, motorised gates, automatic door openers and Concierge systems within Royal Borough of Greenwich. e) Replacement systems. The contract period is initially for a period of 3 years although the Council reserves the right to extend the

Tender Responses are required to be submitted no later than 12:00pm on the 24th January 2020, UK Local time via ProContract tender portal. If you require any clarifications on the tender documents, please submit these in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal, including the project reference and title clearly in the Subject title, by 17:00pm on the 10th January 2020 UK Local time. The Councils responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically via Messaging in ProContract tender portal.
