SCDC are looking for a contractor to resurface the existing asphalt paved car park at 296 Cambridge Science Park. This will involve adjusting of levels to ensure adequate surface water run-off to existing drainage gullies, remarking of directional markings and parking bays.
Tenderers will be invited to inspect the site prior to submission of tenders to ascertain site conditions, access routes and shall include everything necessary to complete the design and execute the works.
