Provision of a receipts and distribution service to approx. 200 Trust locations and 120 patients addresses within the Birmingham and wider Birmingham area.
Service includes - daily col and del of internal and external mail ( inc franking ) , weekly col and del of pharmacy items from B38 to 65 trust locations, del & col of patient notes , receipt of weekly NHS Supply Chain roll cages and temp storage of items prior to del to Trust locations and patient addresses
Services may require ad-hoc col and del requests
The Bham Clean Air Zone will apply to this contract from 2021.
TUPE is applicable and 8 staff have been identified for transfer
A financial envelope of £370k ex vat is applicable to the core services, bids will be rejected it this is exceeded.
Contract is for 3 fixed and 2 optional years
