The Council requires a system that is easy to use, allowing the Home to School Transport service to record different types of data for all stakeholders involved in a journey, effective management and planning of a journey from request to completion, the ability to upload and view documents, the ability to communicate with stakeholders around workload and changes to a journey, the ability to view expected journeys and staff availability, and system wide reporting.

The contract will commence on 1st December 2025 and expire on30th November 2028 with an option to extend for a further period of 12 months.
