The Authority has a requirement to refurbish the Fire House at Coventry Fire Station. The essential works will include adding two new burn rooms, resurface of the yard, ad-hoc repairs and general building improvements. In addition to the essential works are two additional requirements that will be included in the contract if within budget.
Additional works 1 is to refurbish the training building and Additional works 2 is to add two more burns rooms to the basement.
An open day has been arrange for Bidders to visit the site on the 4th September 2020 between 10:00 and 14:00. Please see invitation to tender for details of how to book a visit.
It is anticipated that the works will commence by November 2020 and be completed by the end of March 2021.
