A conversation was held with Bynder regarding public sector frameworks and they are not on any of these frameworks. A search conducted on Digital Marketplace did not bring any likewise products. A 3 year deal is recommended to give stability to the team, give time for the competition in the market to grow and also free up DTS resource as implementing this originally took much time and resource. This also provides a good saving of £40k over 3 years. Cost of change would be in excess of one years costs and is not planned into any tech strategy resource planner, however will be on the pipeline to review in 2 years' time.
