De Montfort University (DMU) seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out the following:
The works consist of the refurbishment of Hawthorn Building Room 00.20 and 00.19a. The proposal is to create new research labs which will includes new flooring and decoration works, new fixed and movable Lab furniture and new dado trunking, power and data. Works will require coordination with Specialist Gas Supplier and integration of external stored Gas Bottle Supply and internal Stored Gas bottles with supplies to specialist research Equipment within 00.20 and 00.19a as well as new gas detection and alarm systems. The scheme will also require installation of new learning space equipment.
