This tender relates to the development of a transport scoping report for Herefordshire Council. This will be a two staged assessment in parallel with the Local Plan Update. This will provide a key piece of to support the Herefordshire Local Plan update which will cover the period 2021-2041. The duration of the assessment is expected to be approximately 6 months, with completion expected by the 30th September 2022
