Brief Description of Requirement
Provision of specialist external legal advisory services to support the Government's management of its shareholding in Eutelsat Group and its special share rights in Eutelsat OneWeb. The contract will provide expert UK and French corporate, governance and transaction legal advice to support ministerial and official decision-making, board participation, shareholder matters, and any future corporate transactions or strategic developments affecting the Government's investment.
