Broxbourne Council are looking to appoint a contractor to undertake re-waterproofing works of asphalt coverings to amenity areas and associated walkways at flats in Holdbrook Court, Queens Road, Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire, EN8 7SL.
The Council are considering two options, details of which are in Specification A, asphalt renewals and Specification B, asphalt overlay works with some renewals, Bidders are asked to complete both specifications, the estimated price for Specification A is £100,000 - £115,000 and Specification B is £60,000 - £75,000.

The closing date for submissions is noon on Friday 12th July 2024 and the deadline for queries is 5.00pm on Monday 8th July 2024, all queries should be made via the portal.
