The Supplier will advise the Buyer in connection with the contractual documentation associated with Innovate UK's grant programmes and similar arrangements. The work involved in this will include the following:
⢠Design, drafting and amendment of contract and grant documentation including grant funding agreements, grant offer letters and memoranda of understanding
⢠attending regular calls/meetings regarding the same with Innovate UK Programme staff
⢠providing advice on the legal implications and risk areas of the above documents
