This Scheme will cover the resurfacing of highways on:
⢠A666 Darwen Town Centre (near Cochran Street), Darwen;
⢠Audley Range, Blackburn;
⢠Harrison Street, Blackburn;
⢠Preston Old Road, Blackburn.
And will encompass the following works:
⢠Carriageway inlay resurfacing;
⢠Adjustment and/or replacement of ironwork;
⢠Replacement of road markings;
⢠Liaison with stakeholders and the public;
⢠Traffic management.
