The Council is seeking a Contractor to undertake Servicing Programmable Heat & Smoke Detectors, Warden Call & Door Entry This contract covers the installation and maintenance of warden call systems which includes the testing and maintaining of pull cords, heat detector and smoke detectors in the 704 Sheltered properties throughout the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham.
The term of this contract will be for 4 years (3+1)
