This course is to deliver Forklift Training (Reach and Counter Balance) to participants with and without previous experience of forklift truck driving. The Service Provider MUST supply full details of the breakdown with course time frames, and daily hours etc.
Prior to the start of the course participants should be offered an introduction session (please detail how many days/hours this will be completed over). The aim is to make them fully aware of the contents of the course, the career options that will be open to them on successful completion and what is expected of them for the duration of the course. It is anticipated that the introduction session will increase the number of participants completing the course.
