Onward is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Provider to deliver Health and Well-being Services for all its employees. The Services will be in place for two years from 01/04/2020, with an implementation phase before that. (Possible one-year extension.) The Services will include a corporate Health Cash Plan and an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
