The council is seeking a supplier to deal with vehicles that are parked either in an on street location, a BCP Council operated car park or any other land owned by the Council where one of the following circumstances applies:\\r\r
ââ⢠Persistent evader vehicles found parked in contravention. \\r\r
ââ⢠Fraudulent use of disabled persons parking blue badges or \\r\r an article that purports to be a disabled blue badge. \\r\r
ââ⢠Parked in a disabled persons parking bay without displaying \\r\r a disabled blue badge. \\r\r
ââ⢠Parked using a fraudulent Bournemouth, Christchurch and \\r\r
Poole Council permit, voucher, scratch card or pay and \\r\r display parking ticket, inclusive of cashless parking sessions \\r\r and virtual permits. \\r\r
Parked in a manner that causes serious obstruction to emergency \\r\r services and other road users
