The organisation should specialise in retail and leisure led business support within a High St setting and address the significant challenges that these sectors face on a local and national scale. The offer must also include a specialist and immediate tailored support package to businesses in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, as well as an on-going support package for businesses thereafter.
