NHS Resolution are seeking to procure a training provider to develop and deliver a Leadership and management programme the content of which has been scoped. The product needs to be developed into a "fit for purpose" programme using the suppliers own course materials. It is proposed that the course is delivered using a blended approach to include where possible "in-person" and virtual learning to meet the learning needs of a workforce within a national organisation, who work to a hybrid model.
Course Modules include:
⢠Understanding self and others
⢠Engaging and managing people
⢠Governance managing the business and digital capability to include AI.
⢠Responding to and managing change
⢠Developing and maintaining resilience
It is anticipated that the offer will be made available to approximately 170 managers over a two- year period with cohorts of 16 people, delivered simultaneously pending demand.
