The London Borough of Sutton and The London Borough of Merton Joint Procurement for the Provision of Arboricultural Maintenance of Trees.

The contract will initially be for a period of 5 years commencing on April 2020 with the option to extend the contract for a further 2 years, in 12-monthly intervals, at the discretion of the Council. This will now be a joint procurement between The London borough of Sutton and The London Borough of Merton with Sutton Leading the procurement process. Additional information: The contract may be modified under regulation 72(A) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015, to allow the

London Borough of Merton to join the contract and/or receive an arboriculture maintenance of trees service for Merton Council from the contractor appointed at the conclusion of the procurement. See Appendix 1 - Modification Clause 72(a)
