PROVISION OF DOMESTIC HOUSEHOLD CLINICAL WASTE (DHCW) SERVICES. The Contractor shall provide; an IT capability that shall log requests by residents and Council officers, the collection of the waste stream from residents' dwellings and the appropriate disposal for each waste stream.
