Specification of Requirements:
Specification for replacement & extension of current freezer unit in stores of catering department PRH
Scope of works required to replace and extend current Freezer cold-room and to add an additional 2.2 metres extension to the current unit due to the capacity levels required within the department exceeding the current freezer unit size.
Freezer Cold-room (-20 degree Celsius) spec require:
Sliding door 920mm x 1.98m including PVC strip curtain
4 tier shelving
Insulated floor with heater remote refrigeration systems & lighting
High clear opening including low voltage threshold heater & transformer
Walls & ceilings: 5.200m x 2.00m x 2.640m
High Internal Dimensions: 5.000m x 1.800m x 2.415m high
