The Council of the London Borough of Hillingdon intends to refurbish two existing playgrounds in two separate Park locations within the Borough.
The playgrounds are to be tendered on a Design and Build basis with individual budgets. The two playgrounds are to be tendered together but will be evaluated and awarded separately.
The two locations are:
LOT 1 - SPIDER PARK, VICTORIA ROAD, RUISLIP HA4 0DR
LOT 2 - WILLOW TREE OPEN SPACE, DITCHFIELD ROAD UB4 9BH
It is expected that each scheme shall be completed on site within a maximum 5 week period, however, all works must be substantially completed by the 30 September 2021, or within 12 weeks of the issue of a purchase order.

The tenderer's for this project are being sought through the Council's e-tendering portal www.capitalesourcing.com. The tender documents are only available from the portal.
The tenders will be evaluated on the basis of 80% Quality and 20% Price as set out in the tender documentation.
