Medway Council is seeking to appoint an Asset Manager to maximise the performance of the Pentagon Centre in Chatham Kent and to implement the Council's vision for the Centre.
The successful asset manager will have the dual aims of:
1. Maintaining and enhancing income at the centre through proactive asset management.
2. Contributing to and implementing the Council's development plans for the centre.
The Council will be looking to appoint an Asset Manager for this purpose for a period of up to five years from April 2020.
