Description

Harlow Council is seeking to appoint a Service Provider to install information technology across the Harlow Science Park. The Council is seeking a long term arrangement on a profit sharing basis.

The commission is for the delivery of a full network and service management regime to be delivered to tenants on behalf of Harlow Council. The service should have the following features:

Offer a range of Internet Access and other IP services including telephony to Science Park occupiers, providing full cabling, installation and connections
Act on behalf of Harlow Council in relation to the Science Park, operating the Park's network and Point of Presence to a 99.99% availability
Be offered under a detailed SLA with a commitment to rapid response times for support and sales enquiries with an appropriate commitment to on-site supHave a detailed commitment to sales and marketing
Offer the capability for resilient and high availability services on request
Proposals for a business model for sharing revenues with the Council
