This opportunity was previously published as a 2-stage tender but has since had the specification finalised and is now being conducted as an "OPEN" single stage process. The project shall use JCT Intermediate Building Contract 2016.
The original construction budget was £290,000, this has now been revised to £380,000 - £420,000
