As the government's leading maritime agency, the MCA is tasked with developing and continually evolving regulations that supports the UKs future ambitions and does not constrain our ability to be bold, innovative and forward thinking whilst at the same time not compromising on fundamental principles. Inline with Maritime 2050 Strategic Ambitions, the MCA is supporting the UK to:
