Home Group wishes to appoint a maximum of three Contractor(s) on a ranked basis to undertake all aspects of electrical works within void and occupied properties to support their DLO team. This will consist of installation works, routine repairs, 5 yearly Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR's) & associated remedial works within the North West of England.
The Framework is to provide support to the Direct Labour Organisation of Home Group Ltd.
The Framework will commence on 1 April 2024 for a period of 24-months with a further 2 x 12-month options to extend.
Tenderers should note that the Contract is a framework contract and orders under it will be made by Home Group as and when required. Home Group makes no guarantee that any orders will be placed under the Contract.
