Detailed Project Development for Bath Western Riverside heat network

The Bath and North East Somerset Council (BANES) have been awarded Heat Network Delivery Unit ("HNDU") support in order to progress the Detailed Project Development ("DPD") stage of a heat network anchored at Bath Western Riverside. This work follows on from the completed Techno-economic Financial ("TEF") stage.

B&NES wish to appoint a contractor to undertake of all work required to secure approval to proceed with approving the development of a heat network. The works within this tender enquiry comprise six core work packages (WPs) covering Detailed Project Development:

• WP1: Co-ordination of Services and Deliverables

• WP2: Techno-economic

• WP3: Commercial

• WP4: Legal

• WP5: Finance

• WP6: Preparation of an Outline Business Case and support for external funding application
