The scope of the contract is for the delivery, installation, and commissioning of twochromatography systems (FPLC) for the purification of various recombinant proteins in both preparative and analytical scales.
⢠The systems need to be semi-autonomous so that experiments can be left to run unattended
⢠The systems need to be easy to use but with the ability to run complicated programmed steps if needed
⢠The systems must have relatively low maintenance requirements from the user
⢠PCs to support the equipment should be included in the response
⢠Cold cabinets to house the systems will be provided by the department
⢠The supplier will provide free delivery and installation of the systems.
The supplier will provide training on the machines to all relevant staff, including for daily, weekly and monthly maintenance
